Description of job duties:
The position is responsible for registering guests, maintaining accurate room inventories, creating guest reservations, taking sales calls and other duties as necessary. The primary obligations of this Customer Service individual is assisting the Front Desk Manager and other departments as well as providing a high quality service to guests.
Required:
This position requires quick thinking on ones feet and multitasking. The candidate must possess one-year front desk experience, enthusiasm and a strong guest oriented attitude.
