Breakfast and Dinner Cook - Prep

Description of job duties:
This is a relief position and is responsible for cooking breakfast, including prep work, preparing specialty soups 2 days a week, the other 3 days a week involves cooking for dinner shift and coordinating overall preparation and presentation of food as relief for the kitchen manager.
Required:
The candidate must possess at least two years prior culinary experience. A degree in culinary arts or equivalent certification is preferred, current ServSafe Certification required, enthusiasm and a great customer oriented attitude expected.
