Description of job duties:
Assists with inspections and performs maintenance repairs. Maintains facilities and areas according to established Company standards. Performs buildings and equipment inspections and assists with repairs, in essence, keeps all facilities running smoothly. The position requires very comprehensive skills with an excellent knowledge of water, septic and propane heating systems as well as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Required:
The candidate must possess some prior maintenance experience, a strong customer oriented attitude, willing to learn and take pride in his/her work.
