Description of job duties:
This position is responsible for creating a strong culinary team. The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for kitchen budget and inventory management, cooking for the dinner shift, and coordinating the overall preparation and presentation of food and beverages. Monitoring successful completion of all kitchen staff operations. Routinely, prepares food for daily service. Monitors inventory, rotates supplies, and maintains par inventory levels. Kitchen Manager works closely with the Management in providing a high quality of service to guests.
Required:
The candidate must possess at least five years prior culinary experience at least 2 years of which in supervisory position. A degree in culinary arts is preferred; current ServSafe Certification required, enthusiasm and a great customer oriented attitude is expected.
