Breakfast / Lunch Cook

Summer 2010 (May 30 – September 15)
Description of job duties:

The Breakfast Cook is an early-riser position responsible for cooking breakfast, preparing snacks and appetizers and prep work for lunch and dinner services as necessary. Additionally, the employee will assist in culinary planning, checking production, and keeping records to gauge inventory and supplies needed. The primary responsibilities of this position are assisting the Kitchen Manager and providing the highest quality of service to the guests.

Required:

The candidate must possess at least two years prior culinary experience. A degree in culinary arts or equivalent certification is preferred, current ServSafe Certification required, enthusiasm and a great customer oriented attitude expected.
